Back Pain Relief! Dr. Oz agrees Pilates is Best

 
Hi, all - Judy here again.  I was doing some research on back pain the other day and was both fascinated and horrified by the statistics!  Did you know that thirty-one million Americans have low back pain at any given time!  One half of all working Americans over the age of 18 have had a back problem in the past five years severe enough to seek professional help.  Experts estimate that 80% of us will have a back problem in our lifetimes!  WOW!!!  That is amazing.  There is good news and you are in the best place to take advantage of it.  Back pain relief and healing is a common reason many people try Pilates.  Many of you already know that and, in fact, do or train Pilates exercise for that reason.  It is certainly true for me and many of my friends.  My chiropractor reminds me each time I go how thankful I should be for the amazing results I have personally gotten from Pilates.  Evidently, we are not alone in recognizing the benefits of Pilates for Back Pain.  As I was doing my research I discovered that world famous Dr. Mehmet Oz also recognizes the value of Pilates for back pain and posted an interesting piece about it on his website.  Check it out by clicking on the link.  Marshall Eklund Pilates and Fitness has a lot of experience helping our clients find back pain relief.  We are proud of the work we do to strengthen backs, improve posture and flexibility, all of which help provide relief and healing.  Even better, if you are proactive and create a strong core and strong back, you may be able to avoid being part of these statistics.
